Resolution: Unresolved
Description
If you have a project configured with only one group defined under "Allowed Review Participants" and add a reviewer to a review from outside the group (the option "Allow anyone to join" is checked) the user is added on the edit review screen but the information isn't saved.
There should be a message indicating that the project is restricted to users from the group configured on the project admin page.
Workaround
- Removed the "Allowed Review Participants" restriction on the Project.
- Create a Permissions Scheme specifically for the Crucible project.
- Limit the last permission "View" to only the group allowed + Reviewers role
This will allow only the indicated group to view the project and reviews in addition to anyone else added to the review. Any subsequent review that is created won't be visible to the outside reviewer if they aren't added to the review as a reviewer.
