Would like top-level comments/defects to have identifying number

      This would make it easier to refer to a specific comment when holding review meetings, etc. As it is, some reviews have hundred of comments and replies, and finding the specific one(s) you want to discuss in a meeting can be problematic.

      Replies don't necessarily need a number, just the initial Comment/Defect.

      I note you already have comment identifier numbers in the custom link you provide to each individual comment. If you could just make that existing number visible (perhaps inside the existing link graphic?) that would work for my purposes. I don't need the identifying number to start at 1 for each individual review. I just need a way to allow easy reference to a specific comment in verbal situations. I can easily say Comment #cXXXX if I can see it. Currently, the number is hidden in the linking URL, and in a meeting we can't reveal each link location to find a specific one.
