Resolving long content hashes from short content hashes in git patches goes over the whole contentHashDB for each hash in patch

This might cause anchor times for git repos to be longer.

• We could just go over the db once and collect all the hashes.
• We could just visit parts of the db matching the hashes
• Potentially the hashes are already long hashes (git diff --full-index)
