Scheduled user synchronization doesn't close DB sessions

If automatic user synchronization is enabled from Crowd or LDAP, the synchronization thread may fail to close the db session used during the synchronization process.

If the connection pool is lower than the number of worker threads that perform the synchronization, this might lead to starving the connection pool.
