Unable to link to JIRA issues containg a project key longer than 10 characters, containing underscores _

I have Jira and Crucible setup to work with each other. Since upgrading to the latest version of Jira and FishEye / Crucible when I click the "Create crucible review" in Jira, Crucible no longer automatically links the review to the issue in the Linked Issue field. We now have to do this manually. What gives?
