Case 1: A branch was created as a copy of the entire source code of a project. There are more than 800 files so Crucible will not allow to create a review for that changeset.

Case 2: A changeset was made in a Subversion repository to the SVN metadata. The reports mark the changeset as not reviewed but it is not possible to create a review when no source was changed.

It would be nice to have a way to ignore or flag as "reviewed" these changesets for the reports.
