      Please update https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/JIRA+integration+in+Crucible to make it more clear that if subtask setup for JIRA server is not complete (i.e. every one of 'Subtask Type ID, Subtask Resolution Action ID, Subtask Resolution ID' must have a value) then the 'create issue' link in comment will NOT appear
