Post drafts link when completing a review deletes most or all of the draft comments

In the screenshots below, the 2nd and 4th of 4 draft comments are deleted by Crucible when posting all drafts.

Unfortunately, I was not as lucky when encountering this bug in a real review and all but one of ~40 comments were deleted.

I have tried to reproduce several times with different reviews, and at least 50% of the draft comments have been deleted in each trial.

Workaround

Restrain from clicking "Complete anyway" button in the warning dialog if you want to publish all drafts. Click "Post drafts" link instead, await counters in the file tree browser on the left hand side to update with. Cancel dialog, click the "Complete" action again, repeat again if any draft comments are found.
