User is not notified when s/he is added to a review as a moderator

      Crucible never sends an email to a moderator when they are added to a review. There is nothing in the user profile that could enable/disable email notification for this kind of event. We have a team that uses "Formal Group Reviews (CMM Team)" type of review workflow (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE028/Defining+your+Workflow) where moderator is an separate role.
