Description

When attaching files to a review, it would be nice to be able to download them in the explorer side of the review (see screenshot). Currently that is not possible.

When attached file is recognised text file its contents are rendered in the review page, but no download link is presented, users would like to see an option to download it:

It could work similarly to the way how binary attachments are handled at the moment, it is possible to download this attachment:
