https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/Customising+email+notifications needs to be updated for Crucible 2.9.x
- Customisation of the subject line is not possible: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-4180
- Update the references to <FishEye home directory>/templates/ to <FishEye home directory>/templates/crucible
- crucible-notification-header.ftl and crucible-notification-footer.ftl do not exist anymore
