If an Entity Link is present between a JIRA Project and a Crucible Project, then a review created from the JIRA Source Tab should default to the entity linked Crucible Project.

As of 2.9, the project selection for a review being created from the JIRA Source tab uses the following logic to select a default:

In this order,

• Default repository for a Project
• FishEye Content for a Project
• Recently Visited Projects

If an entity link exists between the JIRA project and the Crucible project, then that project should be used to create the review in.

This was the behaviour in versions of FishEye/Crucible < 2.9.
