No success/error notification when creating JIRA issue directly from comment

When you try to create JIRA issue directly from Crucible comment there is no message that it succeeded/failed when you click submit button. This way I have created 3 the same issues not knowing about this. Problem occurs on atlaseye (Version:2.9.0-rc1 Build:20121029024609 2012-10-29).
