When Creating Jira Issues From a Code Review Provide Capability to Handle REQUIRED Fields.

In our FECRU instance we link to Jira. We have enabled the ability to generate Jira subtasks for a Crucible code review. It works, but the ONLY way we could make it work is for the Jira projects Field config to make all fields optional except for the standard mandatory fields that must be entered (i.e. Summary, Reporter, etc). Most production Jira instances have projects with Required fields.

Being able to create Jira issues from code reviews is an important feature for us but it MUSt be able to better handle Jira projects with Required fields.
