Mark code review comments as "resolved"

      During a code review, when we make comments on individual files, it would be nice to mark issues arising from comments (even if they aren't defects) as being "resolved". There should be a view showing all unresolved comments/issues for a code review. This is a nice-to-have feature request. Thanks.
