Abandon review redirects me to http://hostname, not http://mydomain.com

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Locate some file, go to Source tab, click Create review
      2) On the opened pop up screen, click Abandon review

      Crucible now redirects me to http://myhostname/cru/home ("myhostname" being what's configured as "proxy-host" in config.xml) instead of the real URL ("site-url" I believe in config.xml).
