No diff shown for new files

      When performing a diff on a new file, I do not get any differences. It looks like the file has not changed at all, but in reality the entire file content is new.

      A traditional diff tool would show all lines as new in that case. I think Crucible should do the same. That way, we could also comment on lines in the new file.
