Custom Role Support in Crucible

According to a Issue Description:

"..a way to grant entitlements to all Leads for things like Edit Review Details in their respective projects only. The reason is that sometimes the author and/or moderator leave the firm and we want an easy way for leads to go into Crucible and resolve these cases and manage this data.

What I'd like to be able to do is grant access to the role of Lead to Edit Review Details but as you point out it is impossible. What I believe I'm currently forced to do is have project specific permission schemes to grant access to Edit Review Details on a project by project basis (e.g., I want 123-Leads to have this for only their project and likewise for 345-Leads)

Copying and configuring project specific schemes is not scalable for us. If I have 500 projects it would mean 500 specific permission schemes and would present a challenge anytime I want to make a change globally for other entitlements."
