One of our users gets added to a lot of code reviews were he isn't actually the required reviewer, but rather an optional reviewer. The problem is that he has no easy way of telling, in his long queue of pending reviews, which ones he really needs to take action on.

He suggested that just as meetings in Outlook have required and optional attendees, crucible reviews should have required and optional reviewers, and these should be manipulable in useful ways by both the reviewers and reviewees. For example, a reviewer should be able to easily differentiate between his required and optional reviews, and a reviewee should be able to see easily when all required reviewers have finished, even when some optional reviewers haven't.
