If I want to highlight and copy code in Firefox, I have to do the following:

Alt + highlight text
Do a Ctrl-C + Shift
Open Notepad or Outlook, Ctrl V or right click and select Paste.
Allows you to copy from Crucible and paste it to notepad or outlook.

If we did Ctrl+Shift+C, it won't copy and what you paste isn't what was in your clipboard previously.

If I do the same test in Chrome. I can Alt + highlight text
Do a Ctrl-C
Open Notepad or Outlook and do a Ctrl V or right click, select paste and it works.

Is this the expected behaviour in Firefox and Chrome? Why can't I do a Ctrl C to copy text in Firefox? I tested this with someone else and he got the same results. I've started my browser and machine and I get the same results. Are you able to duplicate this?
