quick select, customizable reviewer list

Hi, our users would like to have the ability to have more than one reviewer list. This way when they do a review that belongs in software component "X", they could pick a "distribution list"of reviewers that is already setup for that component. Rather than having to manually edit the default list of reviews to be just the reviewers for that particular component.

Ideally, I guess you would want a drop down list that lets you select which reviewer-list you want to use for a review.

Users should be able to add/remove themselves from a reviewers list, so the project admins don't have to manage it.

Basically for large organizations this allows teams to quickly select the right reviewers.
