Review Coverage Report should have a "date range" or "since date" feature

hey Sten, is there any way to see a report of crucible review coverage per release cycle?

This could work by allowing the user to pick a particular tag or date to start from, and possibly a tag or date for the end range.

The historical chart currently shows a year's worth of review coverage data (loaded progressively).
