Increase the Project name to at least 150 characters

To conform with the limit of other Atlassian applications, on Studio.
The length now is only 80 characters what is a lot less than the 150 accepted by JIRA/Confluence/Bamboo.

After CRUC-3863 was implemented the limit of 80 chars started to be enforced and that will generate an error on Studio if the users tries to create a project name that is larger than 80 chars, this used to work because we were using HSQLDB as the underlying database for Crucible on Studio with the 'sql.enforce_strict_size' set to false.
