Many customers have reported that Fisheye/Crucible can get stuck on "Indexing Review Data" for a repository. In most cases, the indexing isn't stuck but can take a long time due to a large Crucible review that was created.

We should improve DEBUG logging in this case so we can determine exactly what Reviews are being indexed and why it may be taking so long.
