Get "Repository null on xxx failed:" on the crucible tab in JIRA when the remote server is down.

1. Create a applink between JIRA and Fisheye/Crucible.
2. Add a link between a JIRA project and a crucible project.
3. Create an issue in the JIRA project.
4. Shutdown the Fisheye server.
5. (Defect) Look "Crucible" issue tab. Notice you will have something like.
