Fix initial EntityLink creation process when using OAuth

At the moment, if OAuth is configured, you have to:

1. Create Application Link
2. Create Entity LInk (authorising using OAuth)
3. Refresh Repository List/Crucible Project cache
4. Delete & recreate Entity Link

This needs to be simplified, the EntityLink creation should refresh the Repository list. (supposedly it attempts to, but is broken)
