When the file path is directory, do not redirect to the file history

When the file path is directory, the generated link just redirect to the repository root, which is wrong, and the link is named "File history" (which is double wrong).

Redirect to the file root instead, as FishEye does not a history page for directories (probably because VCS like Mercurial do no track directory history).
