Just saw a customer who was trying out his exclude pattern, re-indexing, trying it out again, etc. This takes a while when you have a decently sized repo.

The SVN Symbolic Rules section has a nice testing field to see how your regexs are working. Something similar might be nice for the include/exclude patterns.
