Fishye restore not working on Windows

I generated a backup throught the FishEye 2.4.4 interface.
When I try to restore this backup in a brand-new, different, FishEye 2.4.4 instance using the command fisheyectl.bat restore --force -f C:\fecru_backup_2011_01_18.zip, the error below is displayed:

Output: config.xml not found in archive.
Restoring to: jdbc:hsqldb:file:c:\fecru-home/var/data/crudb/crucible
Creating table definitions...
.
.
.
Adding database constraints...
Updating database to latest version...
Backup restored successfully.

When restoring a backup on Windows, the message Output: config.xml not found in archive. is displayed. I could not reproduce the error in a Linux instance.
