Better email message when "Add to Review" causes users to be incompleted.

      Scenario:

      1. I create a Review 'R'.
      2. Person A comes in and marks my review as completed; they have finished looking through it.
      3. I make changes to the code, commit it and add it to Review 'R' using the "Add to Review" button.
      4. An email is now sent out saying "REVIEW-R Person A has uncompleted this review."

      I believe that this message is misleading and it would be better if it said something like "REVIEW-R More content has been added to the review and as a result Person A has been moved back to a uncompleted status." Something like that sounds better to me and would be much appreciated.
