Cannot Change Password in User Settings

      In 2.4.2 you cannot change your user password, it continually says "Incorrect Password". To reproduce:

      1. Create a new user and assign them a temporary password.
      2. Login with the new user.
      3. Go to User Profile -> Settings -> Change Password.
      4. Any attempt to change your password fails. See the attached screenshot.
