Our dropdown styles are constantly being ruined in IE - we need a styling that works in all scenarios.

I'm probably part of the problem, but it seems like our stylings on fecru-autocomplete-dropdown-icon are ever-changing. We fix one dropdown only to break another one.

I think we need to redo the css on it, and possibly its parent element so it works everywhere.
