1. Link an issue to a review.
2. Add a comment, mark it as a defect.
3. Close the issue
4. Try and create an issue from the comment you made in 2.

The Create issue dialog presents the following options:

If the linked issue to the review is closed, then this operation fails with the following message:

An error has occurred
Error
Error creating subtask in JIRA: Unknown error creating subtask for issue CRUC-4671: null

Subtask? null? what? Unknown? I was trying to create an issue!

What if:

• I got to choose to create a subtask, or a top level class?
• I wasn't given the option to create a subtask, if the linked issue was closed?
