GWT admin: test connection with Hg repository uses old value(s)

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. create a new hg repository with an invalid repository location, e.g. '/does/not/exist'
      2. save and enable the repository
      3. open the repository config > scm details
      4. edit the repository location and click 'Test connection'
