Review File Order Feature

When adding files to be reviewed there is no way to logically group them. Instead, they are listed in the review in the order they are added.

It would be nice to be able to group and order (and be able to add comments for each group). Something like this:

Configuration files: configuration files for iBatis
dummy.xml
dummy2.xml

Framework changes: changes to existing framework
class.java
class2.java

Junit changes: classes to test framework changes
test1.java
test2.java

Basically, we want to be able to group in any logical order. We'd want to do this after the review is created (maybe before sent to moderator) as we want to be able to use the search feature to add classes.
