I just had this happen:
- Wrote a draft comment
- Forgot about it
- Wrote more comments in other files
- Clicked Complete
- Clicked View Drafts when prompted
- Didn't get taken to draft
- Clicked refresh in browser
- Clicked Complete
- Clicked View Drafts when prompted
- Didn't get taken to drafts
- Repeated the refresh cycle again
- Looked through the files I'd changed
- Found the draft
