Crucible should provide chinese language interface

      In JIRA or Confluence, we can use the chinese language package, change the interface language to chinese.
      But Crucible and FishEye does not provide the language package ?

      Most of our customers hope to use chinese interface. I hope a way to localize Crucible and FishEye should be provided?
      That is important to chinese language users.
