Possible AUI regresssion: Dialog's don't move when target changes

    Description

      I moved this from a its parent task as I think its a different class of issue. And it came up again in the IE blitz but isn't IE specific.

      If a target is selected while a dialog is in effect, it updates the dialog without moving its position.

      As this has only been reported once the AUI changes came in to effect, my money's on it being related.

      Can you look please?
