There has been a lot of requests around administration features in FE and Cru, but as far as I can see, so far there still is no way to create and/or configure FE repositories or Cru projects and similar administrative functions over a remote API (i.e., REST).
Please correct me if this impression is wrong, I would love to have this ASAP for automated, uniform project creation over our full Atlassian-based infrastructure. Since services are often isolated via VMs, using a local/Java API is infeasible, and writing one's own remote API using plug-ins seems like a huge waste of time since you have remote APIs that are halfway there, but mostly read-only and don't expose administrative features.
