I have seen this in an in-house Crucible install and now in JIRA studio as well but never had reproducible steps before.

Basically, if one tries to delete a file from a CR from the Review tab while the file has the "Done" check box on, it fails with a cryptic error message: "No revision was added or removed. Could not execute JDBC batch update."

After toggling the file's "Done" check box off (and refreshing the page, as the delete button is now disabled), I can delete the file without problems.
