Custom review filter needs an 'unread' option

I need a way to view a list of reviews in which

• i'm a participant,
• are closed, and
• have unread comments or files.

The use case the following sequence of events:
1. I complete a review (which leaves all files/comments read, one way or another).
2. The author comments on the review.
3. The author closes the review.

This particular review will no longer show up in 'My Open Reviews' which is where I normally keep tabs on which reviews have activity I haven't seen yet.

This lack of this filter option is the only thing that keeps me using email notification of comments.
