An error pop-up appears intermittently when viewing a review or navigating through review comments and diffs. The error message even appears on an idle screen (without performing any operations). It seems to only occur with reviews that are based on a patch file.

I have also attached the exception that shows up in the logs when the error occurs.

The issue prevents users from viewing or modifying the review since the only options after the error is to reload the review or close the pop-up. The error still appears even after reloading or logging out completely.
