User was performing the rtag operation in CVS which relates to labelling the branch in CVS and it was failing with the error

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs rtag" command.
src: cvs [rtag aborted]: Could not map memory to RCS archive /mnt/cvs/Fulfill/src/java/projects/feature_manager/dist/featureman.ear,v: Resource temporarily unavailable

Also while performing a commit or an synchronize or a refresh on local workspace, was getting the same error on the same file.

The file in question is big.
