A user just asked me if it was possible to divide up a single review into subreviews.

I told him no, but he had some interesting ideas so I figure - might as well pass them along.

What he wanted was to be able to review all the changes and to be able to either:

• mark a block of changed code as OK, or
• assign that block of code to someone else to review (presumably as a sub-review of the current review.)

I'll be the first to say that this does not sound simple, but that I can see that it would be useful very for dealing with big changes. (In this case, merging different development streams.)
