You shoudldn't be able to expand/collapse frxs in single-file-view
in fullscreen mode.

Those icons don't render when not in fullscreen mode (single-file-view).

They keyboard shortcuts to expand/collapse also have the same behaviour, i.e., work in fullscreen mode when they shouldn't but don't work in non-fullscreen mode.
