With the iterative review feature (where multiple patches can be uploaded to the same crucible review) it's not immediately clear which file is up for review, since they all show up in the left panel as the same path/name. A couple options for dis-ambiguating:

1) a simple indicator showing "this is the latest uploaded" version
2) showing the patch upload # next to each file when there are multiple patches on a review?
3) disable comments on previously uploaded versions and grey out the filenames in the leftpanel? (this might be excessive/undesired but it makes sense for my particular usecase)
4) (THIS ONE) seperate out each source as a divider/folder
