Problems:
Inside a review with few or many files (e.g. 10), the IE7 is giving intolerable slowness in responsive, especially in following actions:

1. mouse hovers on file link (left panel)
2. switch between files
3. opening a file for review

The similar kinds of action do not create the slowness issue in other browsers (they need some time to load, but not as slow as IE7.)
