      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to administration > Users in a crucible standalone install (not using a crucible evaluation license).
      2. Change the display name of an existing user (who originally has access right into Crucible), and click Save
      3. Go back to screen with user list, an asterisk ( * ) is appearing beside the modified user account with message "Users marked with * do not have permission to use Crucible."
      4. However, this user is still able to access to Crucible dashboard & review.

This asterisk could be confusing in Crucible standalone, since It make no sense that nothing else this user can access if s/he cannot access crucible.

In addition users that have an asterisk next to them can no longer be chosen as reviewers/moderators.
