This issue depends on FE-239. Once FE-239 is implemented and a user can create a diff between branches/tags or directories, or between dates, we should implement a method to create a review for result.

I.e. get me the diff between tag Blah and trunk and when I get the result, create a review from it. (Like how we can create reviews from the changeset view in Fisheye).
