emails regarding comment notifications are coming in even though users are setting to no in their profiles

Hi,

Our engineers are complaining that they are getting spammed by crucible putting at risk the implementation of crucible in the company. I pointed them out to the review tab in their profile settings to set notifcation on comments to no. But, they are still getting the mass of emails when one of the reviewers makes a comment.

Please let me know what could be the cause of this issue.
